Hello, my dear.

I’m Sarah (she/they) — an intuitive healer who believes in collective liberation and empowering each person to tap into their own intuition. I grew up and currently reside in Washington State, on the unceded ancestral lands of the dxʷdəwʔabš (Duwamish), the Coast Salish, and Muckleshoot Tribes.

My ancestors are Jewish (Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia), Swiss-German (Bavaria & Switzerland), and Irish. My family, like many others, has gone through traumatic and oppressive experiences that have shaped our lineage—passing down both pain and resilience. I feel deeply connected to my ancestors, and see the power of tending to our ancestral lines—and honoring those who came before us.

In terms of my identity — I’m an autistic, queer, white, Jewish, woman who has survived childhood trauma/abuse & chronic illnesses. These experiences, especially of not being able-bodied, have profoundly shaped my experience as both a person & healer. I feel deeply passionate about working with neurodiverse folks (as a woman who did not get diagnosed with autism until an adult, I feel the power of finding autistic community).

I am currently in graduate school to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor & Art Therapist. Prior to graduate school, I got my bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design and formed a non-profit called Brave Expressions—a platform for people to share their mental health experiences through creative mediums.

I was initiated as a shamanic practitioner by Helena Choi Soholm, a Korean Mudang, in 2022. I was initiated to honor the psychic gifts that have been passed down the women in my line for generations—in honor of my Jewish & German lineages. I am grateful to have been mentored by her over the years—she holds so much compassionate wisdom.

I had the pleasure of being a part of the year-long Ma’galah program through the Kohenet Hebrew Priestess Institute. They focus on “embodied, earth-based, transformative Jewish ritual”. This was a powerful experience that connected me more deeply to Jewish ancestral healing practices & dream interpretation.

I have been studying and working with plants — medicinally & magically — since I was 16-years-old. I did a one-year herbal apprenticeship with Corinne Boyer focused on wild-crafting and medicine making. I have studied Dr. Bach’s system of flower essences and done years of independent study & flower essence creation through forming my own intuitive relationships with each flower.

Currently, I’m in a year-long Reiki training program taught by Marika Hamahata Clymer (an Ainu-Japanese American teacher). This training program  focuses on teaching the cultural lineage and tradition of Reiki while integrating a critical analysis of Westernized/colonized Reiki. I hope to cultivate an ethical & authentic energetic healing practice that feels resonate to my body, lineages, and experiences—while honoring the roots of Reiki.

I have been deeply informed through my personal healing work with other practitioners. Some of these lovely souls include: Ylvadroma Marzanna Radziszewski, Jo Kent Katz, Rebekah Erev, Dori Midnight, Phonexay Lala Simon, Sofia-Maria Paco, and Taya Mâ.

I would be honored to work alongside you on your healing journey — please let me know how I can best support you.

In Love & Compassion,
Sarah
